Seria algo bem assim: A ilha dele estaria prestes à ser coberta de lava, porque o da ilha vulcão iria entrar em erupção, E com seu Migrator ele viria até a ilha Club Penguin pedir ajuda, para todos pinguins alimentar o vulcão para que ele não entre em erupção. Então, quando a ilha CP começa à se esvaziar, Herbert e seu parceiro Klutzy acham estranho a ilha está em melhores condições aos dois... E Herbert começa à fuçar o que está acontecendo e percebe que os pinguins estão indo algum lugar velejando com navios, e barcos. E ele pega seu submarino secreto e á bisbilhotar, ele vai seguindo em direção em que os pinguins estarão indo, bem no fundo do mar.

Assim chegando a ilha Rockhopper Herbert camufladamente entra na ilha com Klutzy, enquanto os pinguins irão fazer uma missão de alimentar o vulcão mais rápido possível, para que o vulcão não entre em erupção.
E você se pergunta, Como será essa missão? Será o seguinte, os pinguins precisarão encontrar objetos para serem jogados no vulcão, E quais serão os objetos? Os objetos serão tudo que pode ser consumível á objetos não comestíveis que são encontrados na ilha tropical... E os pinguins deverão coletar um quantia, de mais ou menos 05 objetos por vez, e juntar, e depois fazer percursos pela floresta da ilha, resolver quebra cabeças, construir meios de passar de um lugar á outro, para chegar até para o vulcão, e depois os pinguins deverão jogar as oferendas a ele.
Depois de uma semana , Herbert aparece com uma invenção chamada tampa a boca do vulcão, que irá tampar inteiramente o vulcão. Assim ajudando a impedir a erupção na ilha tropical que ele sempre planejou morar sem saber que existia uma... Então ele ameaça os pinguins, ameaçando-os de que a ilha iria ser inteiramente dele, e que todos os puffles deveriam ser levados á ilha Club Penguin, ou senão a ilha Rockhopper iria se transformar em uma ilha cheia de lava e que nem ele ou nenhum ser habitaria aquele lugar!
E em meio daquela situação, Gary, e agentes da EPF, começam a ficar constrangido com a situação, principalmente o Rockhopper que jamais largaria sua ilha com milhares de puffles vermelhos vivendo lá. Mas era a única alternativa fazer o que Herbert havia mandado... Assim na segunda semana os pinguins precisaram fazer outra missão que será, levar puffles á ilha CP... E Rockhopper teria de deixar a ilha. E aí pela primeira vez Herbert consegue o que tanto queria, conviver em uma ilha quente, sem festas, tropical, sem barulhos, mas brevemente ele iria escutar o barulho mais alto de sua vida o que faria ele ficar traumatizado de escutar um som tão alto. Mas antes disso acontecer, Ele gostaria de fazer os pinguins de escravos, querendo que os pinguins fizessem todas suas vontades, como abanar ele com folho de palmeira, fazer suco natural das frutas das arvores, e todos outras ordem dele.
