The chance for malaria imported are that there is a relationship with the presence of large enterprises in the cities, while the chance for malaria of the Atlantic forest is related to the presence of vegetation in an advanced stage of development. The objective of this work is to determine the conditions of exposure to malaria imported in state of Rio de Janeiro,To understand the dynamics of malaria of the Atlantic forest and analyse the social and environmental determinants of both contexts of transmission. It built a group of methods capable of analyzing the risk of the emergence of outbreaks and the reintroduction of outbreaks of malaria in the state. The first step is a study of ecological correlation between indicators of social, environmental, and malaria.In addition to the analysis on the composition of the community of vectors with potential for transmission in a coverage area of a large enterprise (comperj). The second step is related to a study of remote sensing of the probable sites of infection of malaria of the Atlantic forest.At the end of the study will be made in the training of agents of health surveillance of cities more vulnerable to injuries.
