Estratégias de análise

A metodologia da análise da distribuição espacial da ZIKV fundamenta-se nas abordagens ecossistêmica e dos determinantes sociais da saúde com vistas a compreensão dos processos de vulnerabilização de populações expostas ao ZIKVem territórios específicos. Para tal serão realizadas:
a. Análise exploratória espacial, para a identificação de territórios vulneráveis à transmissão do ZIKV, utilizando ferramentas de estratificação geográficas com indicadores sociais e ambientais;
b. Caracterização do perfil geral dos casos confirmados e não confirmados pela síndrome congênita de Zika em Maceió(AL) e Foz do Iguaçu (PR);
c. Análise dos dados para verificar a ocorrência de associação espacial entre as variáveis agrupadas por tipo de determinantes (biológicos, epidemiológicos, sociais, econômicos e ambientais). A partir das variáveis associadas por tipo de determinantes será realizada uma análise multi-critério espacial com base em outras informações, tais como a acessibilidade aos serviços de saúde, transporte, benefícios sociais, etc. para validar o modelo com indicadores de vulnerabilidade que está sendo proposto.

Analysis strategiesThe methodology of the analysis of the spatial distribution of ZIKV is based on ecosystem approaches and the social determinants of health with a view to understanding the processes of vulnerabilização of populations exposed to ZIKVem specific Territories. To do so will be held:the exploratory spatial analysis for the identification of areas vulnerable to ZIKV transmission, using geographical stratification tools with social and environmental indicators;b. the General profile of the cases confirmed and unconfirmed by congenital syndrome of Zika in Maceió (AL) and Foz do Iguaçu (PR);c. analysis of data to verify the occurrence of spatial association between the variables grouped by type of determinants (biological, epidemiological, social, economic and environmental). From the associated variables for determining type of multi-criteria analysis will be performed on the basis of other spatial information such as accessibility to health services, transport, social benefits, etc. to validate the model with indicators of vulnerability that is being proposed.

Analysis of the methodology of the spatial distribution of ZIKV is based on the ecosystem and the social determinants of health approaches in order to understand the increasing vulnerability of populations exposed to processes ZIKVem specific territories. To this end will be undertaken:
a. Space exploratory analysis, to identify vulnerable areas to the transmission of ZIKV using geographical stratification tools with social and environmental indicators;
b. Characterization of the general profile of confirmed cases and not confirmed by congenital syndrome Zika in Maceió (AL) and Foz do Iguaçu (PR);
c. Analysis of the data to verify the occurrence of spatial association between the variables grouped by type of determinants (biological, epidemiological, social, economic and environmental). From the variables associated by type of determinants will be held a spatial multi-criteria analysis based on other information, such as accessibility to health services, transportation, social benefits, etc. to validate the model with vulnerability indicators being proposed.
