Fiz um contrato de um pacote de televisão e Internet e telefone, Obrigaram-me a estar fidelizada durante 2 anos. Disseram também, que preço do pacote se manteria com o mesmo durante o periodo de fidelização. Este ano, eles aumentaram o preço em alguns euros mais. Quando reclamei, disseram que todas as companhias procedem da mesma maneira, e relembraram-me que estou num período de fidelização. Para rescindir este contrato, teria de pagar 400 euros de indeminização à companhia. A falta de vergonha, a desonestidade das companhias em geral, parece ter dado a volta ao mundo
