No ambiente logístico, verifica-se cada vez mais a necessidade de produtividade. Assim, o controle e a distribuição de mercadoria passam a ser relevantes para análise. Neste contexto, o Centro de Distribuição das organizações pesquisadas, apontaram falta de mapeamento de processos. Portanto, o estudo busca evidenciar a importância de estratégias no âmbito logístico para a produtividade em armazéns e também desenvolve um estudo que vai comparar o sistema de identificação por radiofrequência (RFID) e a identificação por código de barras, para auxiliar um processo decisório de inserção. Com isso o estudo desencadeia os caminhos para a proposta e com ações fundamentadas em autores do gênero de modo a propor atitudes dos administradores destes ambientes. Os autores detalham a entrada e saída de mercadorias, respaldando o controle de prazos para a qualidade dos serviços e a otimização das ações por meio de operadores logísticos. Os resultados mostraram que se houver a tecnologia de informações aplicada no Centro de Distribuição pelos softwares WMS, RFID e Código de Barras, acontecerá um processo de administração adequada no atendimento entre o cliente e o distribuidor, naturalmente ocorrerá um ótimo fluxo logístico.

In the logistics environment, there is increasingly a need for productivity. Thus, the control and the distribution of goods are relevant to analysis. In this context, the distribution Centre of organizations surveyed, showed lack of process mapping. Therefore, the study seeks to highlight the importance of strategies within the scope for productivity in warehouses and also develops a study that will compare the system of radio frequency identification (RFID) and bar code identification, to assist a decision-making process. With this study triggers the paths to the proposal and with actions based on authors of the genre in order to propose attitudes of administrators of these environments. The authors detail the incoming and outgoing goods, endorsing the deadlines for the quality control of the services and the optimization of the shares by means of logistic operators. The results showed that if the applied information technology at the distribution centre by WMS software, RFID and barcode, a adequate administration process in attendance between the customer and the Distributor, of course a great logistic flow.Keywords: logistics. The authors detail the entry and exit of goods, supporting track of deadlines for the quality of services and optimizing stocks through logistics operators. The results showed that if the technology information applied to the distribution center by WMS software, RFID and Barcode, happen a process of proper management in meeting between the customer and the dealer, of course there will be a great logistics flow.
