RESUMO
Cada vez mais os equipamentos usados na movimentação de cargas têm-se modernizado em face tecnológicas quanto a capacidade de produção e qualidade dos serviços realizados reduzindo as perdas e os custos de produção. Com isso, a produtividade para as empresas aumenta e a lucratividade também, deixando-as mais competitivas e conceituadas no mercado tanto para portos, indústria ou agronegócio. Porém, a mão de obra empregada, fica comprometida com influência nas questões sociais. Nesse sentido, o estudo buscou apontar ações que possam minimizar estes impactos. Para tanto, foi preciso intervenções analíticas em banco de dados sobre o assunto, pesquisa qualitativa para evidenciar os fatos e consultas bibliográficas para a fundamentação teórica. Foram destacados as interferências do sistema mecanizado na movimentação de cargas como responsáveis pela redução de trabalho e constatado que mesmo após as especializações dos colaboradores, a parte de acompanhamento salarial não obteve a mesma evolução. Em outros países, foram comparados esta mesma modalidade e os mesmos não equipararam a realidade do Brasil. Conclui-se que precisa de logística não só na parte material, mas acima de tudo na parte social.

SUMMARYMore and more used equipment in cargo handling have been modernized in the face about technological production capacity and quality of the services performed by reducing the losses and costs of production. With this, the productivity for companies increases and profitability as well, making them more competitive and renowned in the market for both ports, industrial or agribusiness. However, the manpower employed, is compromised with influence on social issues. In this sense, the study sought to point out actions that can minimize these impacts. To this end, it took interventions in analytical database on the subject, qualitative research to highlight the facts and bibliographical consultations for the theoretical foundation. Were highlighted the mechanized system interference in the handling of loads as responsible for the reduction of work and found that even after the specialisations of employees, part of wage monitoring did not obtain the same evolution. In other countries, were compared this same mode and the same equipararam not the reality of Brazil. It is concluded that needs logistics not only on the material, but above all in the social part.
