a minha proposta para solucionar a crise e melhorar os resultados da empresa é reposicionar a equipe, fazer um levantamento de das perdas, buscar outros métodos para desenvolvimento como um programa novo, congelar novas contratações. não vejo a necessidade de reduzir o quadro de funcionários, estávamos conseguindo bons resultados antes, então é mais vantajoso nos realinharmos para voltarmos ao crescimento.
