Malaria is an infectious disease of epidemiological relevance in Brazil and has as its main endemic area in the Amazon region, concentrating 99,8% of cases in the country. Outside this region, there are two main contexts for the occurrence of the disease. The first is on malaria of the Atlantic forest, present in states that have this biome in its territory.Another context occurs with the importation of cases of endemic areas, both in Brazil and other countries to regions that have exposure to the disease, and may be the introduction / reintroduction of tort in these areas. It should be noted that the state of Rio de Janeiro was a territory historicamente endemic for malaria until the mid twentieth century.Currently there are implementation of several industrial estates in that state, bringing with them a migratory flow from different regions of Brazil and the world. The objective of this work is to evaluate the conditions of the receptivity of the territory of two municipalities adjacent to the comperj, in view of the reintroduction of outbreaks and the emergence of disease outbreaks. To this end it will take the technical work of an expert in entomology and taxonomy of arthropods, aimed at the collection and identification of specimens collected, as well as to the construction of a collection of reference. The training of professionals of entomological surveillance of their respective municipalities of analysis is also provided. It is expected that by the end of the project, there is a knowledge entomological cabinet on the fauna of anofelinos municipalities studied, being generated from that study a collection of reference for the region. It is expected to the end of the study, the professionals of entomological surveillance, as well as other health professionals concerned. They are trained to recognize the taxonomy of the anofelinos and understand how they are distributed throughout the territory of their municipalities.
